The reason for issuing a development variance permit, is the
property still does not meet all requirements of the Sign
Sylaw. IT is uncertain if the old signs being Kept are
protected by their preceeding the bylaw. to removed doubt
about the property signage, it is proposed a development
variance permit be issued.
