Moved by C lor Wright: seconded by Councillor Talbot: That Rezoning Application No. 84/93 for 1790 Cameron and 1781, 1791 Menzies be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to M-i (General Industrial) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: Submission of Landscaping Plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; and Satisfaction of the Fire Department concerns. Carried. From the Director of Parks and Recreation, October 14th, 1993 regarding Hyde Creek Expansion. Moved by Councillor Thompson: Seconded by Councillor Keryluk: That the City Clerk be instructed to prepare a Bylaw authorizing the expenditure of $5.6 million dollars from the Tax Sale Reserves for all aspects of the project. That Bylaw No. 2207, which authorized preliminary funding for planning and designing an expansion to Hyde Creek Centre be rescinded; once the above money bylaw is in place. Carried.
