A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2829". That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot B District Lots 379 and 464 Group One Plan LMP9627 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to CD (Comprehensive Development) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. Notwithstanding the permitted uses described under "Part XII - Comprehensive Development Zone", the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule "I", and in the approximate location as illustrated on Schedule 0, which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw. Notwithstanding the "Conditions of Uses" described under "Part XII - Comprehensive Developinent Zone” of the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the provisions under subsections (2) Lot Coverage, (3) Front Yard, (4) Side Yard, and (5) Rear Yard of Section 904 "Town Centre Commercial (C-4)" Zone, Part IX of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", shall apply to all uses permitted within the aforementioned land.
