After the publication of the report, I have participated in a number of
meetings with other Planners of the Lower Mainland and The Ministry of
Municipal Affairs; it now appears that the input received by the Commission
was somehow incomplete.

It ig therefore appropriate to provide the Minister of Municipal Affairs
with further input (the City's comments on the COHO report) and continue with
the application of the building design covenant to curtail illegal suites in
new developments.
