Attached you will find the highlights of the 1992 PITCH-IN WEEK campaign. Once again,
volunteerism worked in the 200 communities where projects were undertaken!

We are now preparing for next year’s program which will take place May 3-9, 1993. Another
successful campaign is expected.

We have appreciated your community's financial support of PITCH-IN programs. We trust that
your support will continue and we, once again, seek your support for 1993.

We don’t need to tell you that your support, especially during the current recession, is eritiegl. We
want to be able to continue our programs for volunteers in your community and hope you will again
help to make this possible. PITCH-IN is the only litter control program ia the province and, 13 an
independent, non-government, organization, we exist with your aud the public's support.

Based on your population, we are asking you to make a contributioa of $600 for 1993.

Thank you for responding to us in the near future. For your information, 1993 campaign materials
will be sent to your community's schools, Scouts, Girl Guides, Chamber of Commerce and various
other voluntary organizations in January, 1993.
