THAT this application be approved to proceed for Rezoning from RS~1 to
RS-2 under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

lL. Satisfaction of the Engineering Department requirements;
2. Demolition of the existing residence; aad

3. Satisfaction of Building Code requirements at the time of Building
Permit application.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This application will permit subdivision of a large residential lot into
two 45 ft frontage, RS~-2 lots. The existing residence which presently sits on
both lots would be required to be demolished or moved in order to create the

two single family lots.

1. Service connection fer storm, sanitary and water.
