SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR STORM DRAIN - 3863 ROBIN PLACE

That the City of Port Coquitlam approve the installation of a catch basin at the
south end of Robin Place at an estimated cost of $2,500.00.

That $2,500.00 be allocated from the Special Public Works Reserve for this
purpose.

The Public Works Committee considered the attached memorandum from the City Engineer
regarding the request from Robert Mora of 3863 Robin Place for the installation of a catch basin
at the south end of Robin Place to alleviate a drainage problem. |

The Committee noted that there has been a drainage problem at this location for several years”
and last winter there was flooding at the basement of 3863 Robin Place due to run off from the

road. z

There is a storm sewer nearby that runs through a portion of Robin Place, and a catch basin.
