THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2596 A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2261, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the revised Statutes of hritish Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. All that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2261, New Westminster District having an area of 5.73 m2, described as Parcel ‘'A‘, and included within the heavy outline on a reference plan certified by D.J. Dyck, British Columbia Land Surveyor, on the 10th day of April, 1991, a copy of which 1s attached hereto; is herehy stopped up and closed to traffic.
