RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Parcel 1 of Lot A, Block 4, D.L. 232, Grp. 1, NWLD
Plan 3299, from RS-3 to RS-Z.

COMMENTS:

This application is an infitl subdivision, extending
development of tand in the south Pitt River Road neighbourhood.
This subdivision fits in with the overall road pattern designed
for this vicinity.

Approval of the rezoning is recommended. The application fits
into the overall plan and is simitar to surrounding
development.
