RECOMMENDATION:

That the Clerk's office be authorised to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot G of DL 379, Grp 1, Plan 4491 NWLD from RS-1 to

P=-2 e

COMMENTS:

This rezoning application ts to bring the church. property Into
conformance with the Zoning Bylaw. it Is the Church's
intention to rebulld thelr sanctuary at this time. During
review of the rebuilding plans, need for expansion of Dixon
Street was noted. Due to this future road widening, a
devalopment variance will be required for the flanking sideyard
along Dixon. The varflance wilfé be for the existing church
buliding and proposed addition. {t Is required because the 10
metres (33 feet) being taken from the property will leave less

than the required sideyard.
