Aldermen Muldoon, Laking and Wright voted in favour of the
amendment.
Alderman Muldoon suggested that a four week time limit for a report
on industrial servicing be given.

That the foregoing resolution be amended to include the words:
"in four weeks".

That Rezoning Application, R#35/81 be deferred for iwo weeks to
enable the City Engineer to prepare a report regarding servicing costs
for the proposed industrial development.

Strata Ticle application SS#2/82 for a duplex addressed as 3517-3519
Coast Meridian Road.

That City Council permit the owner-residents of the duplex addressed
as 3517-3519 Coast Meridian Road to subdivide the property by Strata
