The Architect shall review and if necessary revise the Estimate of Construction Cost and submit it to the Client. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PHASE Based on the approved Design Development Documents and budget, the Architect shall prepare, for approval by the Client, Construction Documents consisting of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the Project. we The Architect shall advise the Client of any adjustments to previous Estimates of Construccion Cost indicated by changes in requirements or general market conditions. The Architect shall prepare necessary bidding infermation, bidding forms, the Conditions of the Contract, and the form of Agreement between che Client and the Contractor. The, Architect shall advise the-Client of the Clienc's responsibility for securing the approvals of governmental or other authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. The Architect shall interpret codes, by-laws, and regula- tions as they apply to the Project.
