Re: Change in Land Use Regulations
Proposed Zoning By-Law #1498

Please take this as notice of my objection to the zoning
under which my property will be included, and appeal from being
“locked in" to one family residential classification.

My grounds are that the approach by the City of development

of a sub-division adjacent my property has caused considerable devalua-
tion of my property and in order to re-coup the loss I must explore
means which would not be possible should my property be restricted to
one family residential.

Devaluation of my property occurs through loss of aesthetic
enjoyment and in a very real sense the significant reduction in market
value of my property by now having two backyards abutting my front yard
is simply not acceptable.
