That the Subdivision Plan of a Portion of Lot 3 of Lot D,
District Lot 4, Township 39, Plan 15843 and a Portion of Lot 6,
‘Plan 910 and Parcel A (Reference Plan 8777) of Lot 6, Plan 910,
“Both ‘of District ‘Lot 465, Group One, New Westminster District
prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.&. and. sworn correct by him
on June 4th, 1976 wherein Lots 265 to 275 are created and wherein
certain of the said lots are left with frontages upon the highway
of less than 1/10th of their perimeter, be approved;

AND_THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted from

the minimum frontage prescribed under Section 712(1} of the Municipal

Act and the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-law,

1970, No. 992",
