BY-LAW NO. 1419

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing
Code Administration By-law, 1974, No. 1298",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. ; The "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code Administration
By-law, 1974, No. 1298" is amended by inserting, after Section 9, the following
as Section 9A:

"9A. Part 1 of the Canadian Code for Farm Buildings applies to

farm buildings other than residences."

2. : This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code Administration By-law, 1974, No. 1298,

Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1419".
