Re: Handley Crescent Local Improvement

.«  : We wish to advise that on November 22nd, 1974 a Counter Petition
was received from certain of the property owners on Handley Crescent and this
Petition bore the signatures of eleven owners. Since there are thirty-five

“owners concerned with the project the Petition fell far short of the require-
‘ment ‘that it bear the signatures of a majority of the owners of property
“liable to be specially charged.

Attached to this memorandum is a photocopy of the requisite

Statutory Declaration of the Clerk and Local Improvement Construction By~law
