Dear Mr. Freeman:

: Thank you for your letter of May 2nd requesting written
particulars from our meeting with your Council in Victoria.

We are hopeful that the proposed extension of scheduled
bus service will be extended to Port Coquitlam by Octeber 1973. You
will appreciate that our programme will be contingent on obtaining
drivers, and the acceptance of the proposed routes and stops.

We heve now completed our reviews cf the Greater
Vancouver Regional District 1971 Preliminary Service Design plan.and 4
we are now looking to meeting with council and staff in the next few
weeks.

We are very concerned over the process of keeping local
citizens properly and fully informed and we would like to discuss this a
next phase of our programme with Council.
