3.01 The owner or operator of a fair shall ottain one licence for lotteries beld ut the fair.

iV—General

The organization managing and concuc ing a liccased lottery where tickets are sold shall
(9) indicate on the face of the tickets the name and address of the Organization, the locatian, the date, and
die time at which the draw ix to be heid;

The Attorney-General may amend a licence,

4.06 A licence 1s deemed ta be suspendsd tipun a change in ownership or effective control of a licensed organization,
whether incorporated or nvt, aid shall remain suspended until the change is reported fo the Attorney-General and the licence
reinstated.

4.07) A Neence is subject to such additional terms and conditions as the Allorney-General may specify.

4.08 A person who opcraics a lottery in breach uf any of the terms and conditions of his Jicence tinchuding these regu-
lations) shall be deemed to be onerating without a licence.
