RECOMMENDATION 5

That Council approve an exteusion of Strata Title Application 33/93 for a
period of 3 months, commencing June 14, 1994, subject to payment of a
non-refundable processing fee of $50.00 as per the provisions of the
"Development Procedures, Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243".

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION:

The subject application is to strata title an existing duplex at 2827
~2829 St. Michael Street. City Council endorsed the application at the
Council Meeting of June 14, 1993.

The applicant has submitted the attached letter requesting an extension of
his application. .

It is recommended that Council approve the exteneion of Strata Title
Application 33/93 for a period of 3 months from June 14, 1994, subject to the

. payment of an additional $50.00 fee. 7
