Notwithstanding the "Conditions of Uses" described under "Part XII ~ Comprehensive Davelopment Zone" of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the following provisions shall apply to the uses shown in the Locations illustrated in Schedule II of this bylaw: Lot ds.
