RECOMMENDATION

~ that ETL (Environmental Technologies Ltd.) be
awarded the contract for the processing and
marketing of recyclable materials at an estimated
annual cost of $164,000

BACKGROUND

Proposals for the processing and marketing of
recyclables were issued to five candidates. Of
these five, two companies submitted, Environmental
Technologies Ltd. and International Paper Industries

Ltd.

SUMMARY OF PROPOSALS

The following summarizes the proposals brought
forward by the two bidders:
