Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Gates: At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with 375471 B.C. LTD. dated the 12th day of April, 1990, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed. by the said 375471 B.C. LTD. in connection with the development of the lands described as: Lot 1, Section 7, Township 40, NWD, Plan 74406 are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall constitute "excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act. AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.
