Carried: From the City Engineer, October 25th, 1990 regarding Proposed Sanitary Sewer Right of Way West Side of Central Elementary School Property City o Port Coquitlam Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: 1) That Council authorize His Worship The Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a Sanitary Sewer Right of Way Agreement between the City of Port Coquitlam and the School District #43 for a three meter wide Right of Way along the western boundary of the Central Elementary School Property. 2) The installation of approximately 90 metres of 450 mm diameter storm sewer pipe in the lane east of Central Elementary School be approved. 3) The allocation of $12,500.00 from the 1990 Public Works Capital Fund be authorized for this purpose.
