Other consultants submitted proposals and were interviewed by myself
along with F. Peters and B. Brown for this work. SKEW is recommended
based on our past relationship with them and their very recent work for
the City of New Westminster.

It is expected that micro-computers purchased over the last few years
will be adaptable to the new system and will be a valuable component of

our new system.

Our hope is to have a new computer installed in late fall for testing
purposes with on-line operations to start January 1 of next year. A
request for budget approval for the hardware and software will come to
Council prior to issuance of the RFP in approximately two months.
