Revision Date May 30, 1964 INFORMATION TO DEVELOPERS DEVELOPMENT COST CHARGES The City of Port Coquitiam, by bylaw, has established development cost charges to assist the City In paying the capital cost of providing, altering, or axpanding specified offsite services which provide benefits, either directly or indirectly, to. the development. These charges are supplementary to the developer's direct costs in servicing his development. These development cost charges are payable in cash prior to approval of subdivision or buliding permit depending on the type of development. For the assistance of developers these charges are summarized below.
