V3B 1G9 5 May, 1980 The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam Gentlemen: Re Unit Annual Inspection 1980 This unit of the Royah Canadian Sea Cadets is scheduled to have its Annual Inspection on Thursday the STth of June 1980. I would like to request the following assis~ tance from the City. le The his worship or a member of City Council attend as the Givic representative and to present a trophy to a specified Cadet as yet to be detérmined. 2a That RCSCC Grilse may use the driveway and parking areas that would be enclosed within the barricaded marked in the enclosed diagram. It is further requested that these traffic barriers be erect~- ed in the AM of 5 June so as to enable us to start erecting displays that day in an area free of parked cars. These barriers would be dismantled by ourselves at 9PM 5 Hune and stacked behind the Dalkey Bldg. 3. That permission be granted; bearing in mind the structural soundness as general safety would be the responsibility of the Unit; for up to six Cadets to be on the roof of the Dalkey Building. This is requested because we would like to display repelling techniques on the south wall of the Dalkey Building as one of our displays.
