~26 5. - (1) The owner or operator of a Discotheque (a) may have the Discotheque open for husiness only during the hours hereinafter specified: (i) From 6:00 o'clock in the afternoon ‘to 10:00 efclock in the afternoon on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; From 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon to 12:00 ofclock in the afternoon on Fridays; From 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon to 12:00 ofclock in the afternoon on Saturdays; From 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon to 12:00 o'clock in the afternoon on any statutory holiday when the next day is not a day when public schools are in session, From 4:00 ofclock in the afternoon to 12:00 o'clock in the afternoon on any day preceding a ‘statutory holiday. (b) shall not open the Discotheque for business on Sundays or permit dancing or other entertainment therein on that day. *{2) Notwithstanding anything in this By-Law contained the owner ot operator of a Discotheque may open the Discotheque to persons who are 13 or 14 years of age provided that (a) a special permit is obtained from the Chief Licence Inspector of the Municipality; (b) no persons who are not of the ages specified in this pubsection are permitted to be within the Discotheque at the same time as those persons who are of the ages specified in this subsection; : (c) the Discotheque is not open for -such purpose during school hours or after the hour of 9:00 o'clock in the afternoon or on Sundays. * ABY-LAW 10. 7130 - Finally Adopted on Movember 14, 1977. 6, The owner or operator of a Discotheque shall when the Dincotheque ia open for business (a) provide adequate adult supervision and for the purpose of this section "adult" shall mean over the age of thirty years; and (b) ensure that the interior and exterior of the Discotheque ds fully illuminated. 7 No person shall be or remain on the premises of a Discotheque at any time when his presence there is for any reason prohibited by this By-Law. oof pod
