arranged that the District of Coquitlam Purchasing Agent would investigate

the cost of similar units and report back. I understand that an equivalent of

unit has been located and that we may be able to acquire a suitable unit

for less than half the $14,000.00 price originally obtained by Mr. Hosegood. be

The District

of Coquitlam and Port Moody have both approved the acquisition of this unit '

subject to the considerations of cost and design. We have advised Mr.

Hosegood that if such a unit is purchased, ownership will remain in the names :

of the three municipalities.

I will endeavour to have more information available for Monday night's meeting.
