The Munictpal Council of The Corporation of cha City of Port Coquitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: ; . i. Section 4 of the "City of Pore Coquitlen Fira Pravention By-lav, 1968, No, 902" {a repealed and the following substituted: "4. (a) No person shall make or light any fire in any street, lane, square, or public place within the limits of the City unless authorized ki by an Officer. c (b) (i) It shall be unlawful for any person at any time to light, ignite, or start, or knowingly perpit, ellow, or cause to be lighted, ignited, or started, any fire of any kind whatsoever in the open air in the City of Port Coquitlam without first having obtained a special eritten permtt so to do fren an Officer; and any such percon to whem cny such permit hag been so issued shall place a competent persona ct all times in charge of such fire while the sane is burning or smeuldering, and shall provide such persen with efficient appliances and equipnent to effectively prevent the came from getting eyond ; control of causing damage or becomirg dangerous.
