The top floor has ten offices, a board room, a meeting room capable of seating 100 people, a beautiful reception and work- ing area for the clerical staff, plus coffee lounge. There is parking both above and underground for seventy- two cars with an elevator from the underground parking to the top floor. The building is equipped with the most modern heat pumping system and air conditioning. The building is highly modern in design and provides a lovely view from the windows of the Fraser River and beyond. The building has a number of amenities including washrooms for ° | the handicapped.
