WHEPEAS :

A. The Covenantor is the registered owner in fee simple of
land located in the City of Port Coquitlam and described as:

B. The City is a municipality incorporated pursuant to the
provisions of the Municipal Act.

Cc. Section 215 of the Land Title Act provides that a

covenant of a negative or positive nature in respect of the use of
land and buildings, and that land is not to be built on except in

accordance with the covenant, may be registered as a charge against

the title to land in favour of a municipality.

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) paid by the City to the Covenantor and other good and
