A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lot D

Except: Westerly 82.5 feet having a frontage of 82.5 feet on Harbour Street
by a uniform depth throughout and adjoining Lot E

District Lot 232

Group |

New Westminster District

Plan 5854

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and

the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended
to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2799",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 7th day of June, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 7th day of June, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 28th day of June, 1993.

Read a third time by the Municipal Councilthis dayof ,19.
