Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2726 To rezone: Lots 26, 27, and 28 Block 15 District Lots 174 & 289 Group One Plan 2080 New Westminster District from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment). The property is located at 2331 and 2349 Central Avenue and would permit ‘the development of a 22 unit apartment building. | No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment.
