A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the
Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council. Chambers,
Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, October
26th, 1992, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H.
Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Treasurer/Deputy City Administrator J.G. Maitland, Deputy Engineer J.E. Yip, Director of
Planning C.R. Felip, and Fire Chief J. Baillie.

Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered:

New Westminster District

from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment).

The property is located at 2331 and 2349 Central Avenue and would permit ‘the
development of a 22 unit apartment building. |

No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment.
