DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 28, 1991, No. 2625"
received first two readings earlier in this meeting;

THEREFORE it is now determined that the amendment to the Official Community
Pian proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2625 does not affect the District of
Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater

Vancouver Regional District.
