Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside “Tender for 1530 Kingsway Avenue Property” and addressed to: RA. Freeman, City Clerk, City of Fort Cuquitlan, City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, September 28th, 1989.
