REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the
purchase of the undernoted property:

Parce] "54", District Lot 288, Group One, Reference Plan 64191, New
Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C.,

This property is located at 1530 Kingsway Avenue and has an area of
approximately 0.597 ha (1.475 acres).

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the
outside “Tender for 1530 Kingsway Avenue Property” and addressed to:

RA. Freeman,

City Clerk,

City of Fort Cuquitlan,

City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street,
Port Coquitlam, B.C.

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, September 28th, 1989.
Any tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will ali
tenders inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being
adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale

1. A certified cheque in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany each tender
as a deposit and each tender will be open for acceptance by the Council
for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender being accepted by the Council the
balance of the offered price must be paid by the successful tenderer
within 30 days or as soon thereafter as requested or the deposit will be
forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned no
later than 30 days after the closing time specified above.

The property 1s currently zoned M-1 (General Industrial).

No real estate commission of any kind whatsoever will be paid by the City.
