SCHEDULE "A" The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam "Rental Agreement (2382 Mary Hill Road) Authorization Bylaw, 1989, No. 2411" THIS INDENTURE made the 14th day of February, 1989 under the Land Transfer Form Act, Part 2, BETWEEN: THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia V3C 3A8 (hereinafter called the “"Lessor") Steve Alford 2382 Mary Hill Road, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia (hereinafter called the "Lessee" ) WHEREAS the Lessor is the registered owner of the lands and premises situate and municipally known as 2382 Mary Hill Road, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, and legally described as: Lots 3 and 4, (Except parts on plan with bylaw filed 6287), District Lot 289, Pian 1954, New Westminster District; being 2382 Mary Hill Road, Port Coquitlam, B.C. Chereinafter called the "Premises"); AND WHEREAS the Lessee desires to rent the Premises from the Lessor on a month to month basis; WITNESSES that in consideration of the premises, and of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) paid by each of the parties to the other, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration: 1.
