Brown, Director of Planning SUBJECT: Official Community Plan Amendment Section 4.4.2(1)(b) RECOMMENDATION: That Section 4.4.1(1)(b) of the Community Pian be amended, deteting the words "and Woodland Drive district are" inserting the word "“be" so0 the clause now reads "“Prairie=-Coast Meridian apartment district is permitted a density of 124 dwelling units per hectare." Foe leh era AE aS te kn ta And that the Clerk's Office be directed to draft a bylaw creating a new Section 4.4.2¢1) (8) which reads, "Woodiand Drive district Is permitted a density of 42 dwelling units per hectare." 3 i 4 i 3 § g t COMMENTS: An oversight was made in preparing the amendment to the Community Plan, revising density of development permitted tn the Prairie ~ Coast Meridian neighbourhood.
