The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows:

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam hereby
leases unto John Pollard the lands described in the Schedule "A" attached herevtc
for the period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set out iz
the Lease attached hereto and marked Schedule "A",

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are .
hereby authorized to sign the said Lease on behalf of the City and to affix ths
City's Corporate Seal thereto.

This Bytaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Rental Agreement (2258 Wilson
Avenue) Authorization Bylaw, 1986, No. 2184",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of May, 1986.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council! this 5th day of May, 1986.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of May, 1986.

Reconsidered, final ly passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
