Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Muldoon: That the City take whatever action is necessary to familiarize surrounding Fire Departments with the C.P.R. Yards so that in the event of a major emergency, the Mutual Aid Agreement can be invoked with the least amount of confusion. Carried. NEW BUSINESS: Alderman Muldoon referred to the $400,000,000 to be spent by the Federal Government on Railways and she advised she will be recommending to the Honorable Jean Luc Pepin that some of this money be spent to relocate dangerous goods in the C.P.R.
