A-l to CS-1 in Westminster District, from CS-1, KS-1, and A~1, to CS-1 in its entirety. its entirety The Planning Consultant advised this property is located at the Northeast corner of Lougheed Highway and Hastings Street and has the civic address 2471 Lougheed Highway and that the rezoning contemplated will place the Property in the correct zone for its current use and would permit the construction development of a truck sales and service centre. Mrs. M. Fairclough, 3239 Raleigh Street, expressed concern regarding large trucks unloading cars on Hastings Street blocking one or sometimes two lanes of traffic and stated in her opinion this should be required to be done on private property. Two residents of the immediate area agreed that there was a traffic problem in this area.
