We realize that $63,501.00 exceeds your original budget

of $60,000.00, but after detailed review with International

Construction, the new amount of $63,501,00 is required to in-

itiate actual construction, :

Further, some of the elements, such as the heating unit,
Rave eight week delivery dates and, therefore, It is advis-
able to get underway at the earliest time. Present union
contracts expire in May and the quotations received are
based on work being essentially complete by that time.
