Peters, City Engineer ITEM I Re: District of Coquitlam Application for Connection to City Services sist of five Single family homes on the o and which can be developed on the west The District does not have any servicing The developer has had his Consultant do a study o of connecting into our services and there is n t point of view. The Committee considered this application on the question of policy. It is the Committee's opinion that our policy would allow us to service existing homes in the District if they were having a problem but that we would not encourage new development by extending our services. The Committee recommends that this application not be approved. ITEM II Re: Traffic Circulation - Rezoning Application R#42-80 The Committee had been requested to consider access and the possibility of road closures for the proposed residential and commercial development at 2612 -— 2640 Mary Hill Road. This develop- ment had gone to third reading of the rezoning by-law but there were some difficulties with the proposed building plan because it
