A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964".
The Mundedpal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port bt 23, 1978
"in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Section 4 of By-law No. 752 cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer
‘Rates By-law, 1964" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law,
1964, Amendment By~law No. 877, 1968" is repealed and the following substituted
“therefor: ; , : . .
"4, The rates and charges provided by the said Schedule "A" shall be
) payable at the office of the City Treasurer and a ten per centum (10%)
penalty shall be applied to that portion of the total annual sewer

rate.which remains unpaid at the close of business on the last Friday

of “March of each year.'

2. This By-law shall take effect, come into force, and be binding on ali

persons on and from the first day of January, 1979.
3. This By~law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Sewer Rates “By-law, 1964, Amendment By~law, 1978, No. 1634".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-third day of

October, 1978. .
Kead a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-third day of

October, 1978.
‘Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-third day of

October, 1978.
‘Received the approval of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing

- Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this
