THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBLEC HEARING C 0) ZONING BY-LAW APR 18 1977 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, May 2nd, 1977, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by~law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": By~law No. 1532: to rezone Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 3, District Lot 379, Plan 1213, from RS-2 (Cne-Family Suburban Residential) to C-4 (Town Sub-Centre Commercial). This property now has the civic addresses 2331, 2337, and 2341 Marpole Avenue and it is expected that a two-storey structure with 19,200 square feet of retail space on the main floor and 8,900 of office space on the second floor will be constructed on the site following completion of the rezoning procedures.
