-2- 7. Clause (b) of Subsection (3) of Section 503 is amended by inserting the phrase "and RM-3 ZONE" between the woids "ZONE" and "shall". 8. Clause (c) of Subsection (3) of Section 503 is amended by inserting the phrase "and RM-4 ZONE" between the words "ZONE" ard "not", 9. Clause (g) of Subsection (3) of Section 503 is repealed and the following is substituted: . "(g) in the RM-1 ZONE: (i) shall not exceed a height of 30 feet or 3 storeys. (11) together with other buildings on the lot, shall have not less than 5,000 square feet of lot area for each dwelling unit." 10. Clause (hk) of Subsection: (3) of Section 503 is repealed and the following is substituted: "(h) in the RM-2 ZONE, together with other buildings on the lot, shall have not less than 4,000 square feet of lot area for each dwelling unit." 11. Subsection (3) of Section 503 is further amended by adding the following as clauses (1) and (j): "(i) in the RM-3 ZONE: (1) shall not exceed a height of 30 feet or 3 storeys, (41) together with other buildings on the lot, shall have not less than 2,400 square feet of lot area .«t each dwelling unit. (j) dn the RM-4 ZONE, together with other buildings on the lot, shall have not less than 1,200 square feet of lot area for each dweiling unit," 12. Clause (a) of Subsection (4) of Section 503 is amended by inserting the phrase “and RM-4 ZONE" between the words "ZONE" and "may". 13. Nothing in this By-law contained shall relate to lands described in Schedule AA - Flood Plain Map of the official regional plan of the Lower Mainland Regional Planning Board, now the official regional plans of the Regional Districts of Dewdney-Alovette, Central Fraser Valley, Fraser-Cheam, and Greater Vancouver, by Order in Council No, 4116/68, and all the provisions of the "City of Pert Co- quitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" shall continue to apply to such lands as if this By-law had not been passed, 14. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1974, No. 1328",
