2. Everv raft must carry a suitable Farbage container.

3. Jf your raft is to be accornanied by your own safety beet, vo
svecify, so it can carry your raft number.

4. Closing date for entries will be Anril lath, 1975, to allow tine
to make un Challenge Trovhies, and nublicity release.

5. The Fraser River Raft Race Association will net be held reer
for any loss of proverty or injury to entrants or soectators
raft race. :

7.. Each raft must reach the finish line to qualify for any everd.

8. All transnortation for rafts is the responsibility
ants. However, the rafts will be lifted from the wa
line by the Raft Race Association and loaded cn cent

9, Each team is liable for their raft and must either remove their
raft from the river and river area, or dismantle it in such @ renner
as to render it of no danger to children who may attemnt to clev with

it. Any team that abandons their raft will not be allowed to nert-

icivate in any future race--regardless of whether they may hav
different vartners.

10. The decision made by the judges are final.

11. Once the rafts have been launched the entrants chell not receive
assistance from any Spectator, safety boat or cther persons Cexcdéat
for novelty entries).:

12, Rll rafts must be in position by midnirht the day hefore the rece
and be ready for insvection by 9:00 A.K. the dav of the race.

13. Ladies rafts will be allowed to have one male crew member.

14. Junior rafts will be allowed to have one crew member 19 or over

with al] other crew members under 19 as of Hay 18th, 1975. duniar
rafts must be accommanied by a safety beat...
