THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUIT 0 U N C JAN. 12 1976 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BY-LAW - LAND USE CONTRACT The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City.of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, January 12th, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to authorize issuance cf a Land Use Contract: By-law No. 1409: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract with Clar-For Holdings Ltd., 348 Columbia Street, New Westminster, B.C., in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 15" which is set forth in a Schedule annexed toa and made part of the By~law and the said Land Use Contract No. 15 shall extend to and shall regulate the development : and use of lands described as: i. Lot 1, Block C, Plan 2106; a ii. Lots &--16, inclusive, Block C, Plan 2106; dii.-Lots 2 & 3, Block.C, Plan 4842; iv. Lots 1-9, inclusive, Block 8, Plan 2137; v. Lots 26-31, inclusive, Block 8, Plan 2137; All those portions of closed lane described in By-law No. 1394 of the City cited as the “Plan 2106 and Plan 2137 Road Closure By-law, 1975, No. 1394" . all of District Lot 255, Group 1, New Westminster District.
