SUBJECT: Bylaw #2892 (copy attached)

The attached bylaw is available for first three readings and will authorize taking funds
from various statutory reserves to cover 1993 expenditures approved by council but not
previously authorized by bylaw.

Attached is a breakdown of costs into individual projects or items which were capitalized
in 1993,

The amount of $45,097.53 was also taken from Tax Sale Reserve to cover the costs of land
sales. Included in this are such items as legal fees, land appraisals, and legal surveys.
