And that Council approve the jout public meeting of January 26, 1994 with Staff from the
G.V.R.D. strategic Planning Sciion, Council Members from Port Moody and Coquitlam and
their respective Planners. The subject of this meeting to be a vision of the impact of 1 & 2
above, in the Tri-Cities.

That the owners of the Bread Express be advised to comply with the regulations of the Port
Coquitlam Sign Bylaw. .

NEW BUSINESS:
Councillor Keryluk requested a Notice of Motion that the Plenning and Development
Committee do a study of rezonings in Port Coquitlam, in view of the exisung traffic problems

which the community is experiencing. And That the question of growih cap he explored with a
view to making recommendations to Council.

The Mayor advised Councillor Keryluk and Thompson of their new appointment to the
"Tri-Cities Liaison Committee" which is formed as discussed by Mayors Sekora, Mayor
Northey and Mayor Travoulay.
