These changes will, while increasing local telephone rates, eliminate long distance rates
within the described geography;

These changes will remove variations in the current local calling structure, attract industry
and jobs to our community, reduce vehicle use and relieve traffic congestion,

That our community does hereby support the creation of said toll-free calling zone and
thereby ensure that the best interests of our constituency and hence the future of our community
are effectively served.
